Senior Design Coordinator
Role Summary:
The Senior Design Coordinator will play a critical role in managing design-related activities, working closely with in-house teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include developing proposals, creating manufacturing drawings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Strong understanding of building regulations and certification procedures.
* Proficiency in using Vertex, CAD & BIM software.
* Knowledge of the Building Regulations & BCAR Process.
* Detailed understanding of construction practices and site experience.
