A Learning and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation by delivering key people initiatives under the guidance of the Group HR Director.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing job architecture, grading frameworks, succession planning, and role specification
* Aligning business structures and processes to support growth and capability development
* Managing metrics and reporting for Learning and Development activities
* Coordinating data collection for talent mapping
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least five years' experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Design
* A strong understanding of job architecture, grading frameworks, succession planning, and talent mapping
* Proven expertise in designing manager training and development initiatives
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, including benefits. Business travel is required, with locations available in Limerick or Dublin.
