Our client is a well-established private Cork city hospital, who as a result of continuing expansion is seeking applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 3.
As CNM3, you will participate in the management of and be responsible for the day to day service of clinical care, planning, directing and coordinating activities. This will include supervision, leading and coordination of staff in the implementation and provision of the highest quality patient care.
This is a full-time permanent post.
To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply:
1. Registered General Nurse on the live register with The NMBI (Adaptation/RCSI aptitude test support is not available for this role).
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a people management role essential
3. Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience.
4. Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
5. Management qualification essential
6. ACLS course completed, or be willing to undertake
7. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
8. Demonstrable commitment to patient Safety & Quality.
9. Ability to work on their own initiative and to be self motivated.
10. Eligible to work in Ireland.
