CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre Project
We are currently seeking an experienced
CSA Construction Manager
to join a major hyperscale data centre project in
Dublin. T
his is a
key leadership position
on a fast-track, highly technical build, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a landmark project.
The CSA Construction Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of
Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages
, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all CSA construction activities from site mobilisation through to handover
* Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site management teams to achieve programme milestones
* Drive best-in-class
health & safety performance
, ensuring full compliance with site and client standards
* Ensure works are delivered to the highest levels of
quality
, meeting both specification and client expectations
* Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to resolve issues and mitigate risk
* Act as a key point of contact for the client on all CSA-related matters
* Develop, mentor, and motivate site teams to perform at their best in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience delivering
CSA packages
on large-scale construction projects (data centres, life sciences, pharma, or large commercial projects preferred)
* Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and managing high-performing site teams
* Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and programme delivery
* Safety-first mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
