We are currently recruiting an experienced
Site Engineer
for an excellent
Tier 1 Main Contractor
delivering high-profile projects across Dublin. This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression, strong site teams, and a market-leading salary.
The Role
As Site Engineer, you will be a key member of the site management team, responsible for setting out, quality control, and coordinating technical aspects of the build on a large-scale construction project.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate setting out using GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD
* Managing and coordinating subcontractors on site
* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
* Conducting quality checks and maintaining QA documentation
* Liaising with the Design Team, Project Manager, and Site Manager
* Supporting junior engineers and site staff where required
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
* Strong technical knowledge and setting-out experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience working on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use preferred)
