This is a vital role within our Environmental, Health & Safety Department.
The EHS Administrator will be based in Dublin and have the opportunity to contribute to essential compliance processes.
Supporting a busy EHS team, this administrator will gain hands-on experience in a key administrative role.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date Health & Safety records.
* Process and securely file incident reports.
* Track H&S training attendance and completion status.
* Respond to H&S related queries.
* Keep noticeboards updated with safety communications.
* Assist with site inductions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
* Monitor outstanding corrective actions from inspections or audits.
* Compile statistics on incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
