Location: Hybrid – Dublin (Park West office twice per month, with travel costs covered)
Package: Up to €80K + 10% bonus + benefits

Ingenio is proud to be partnering with a privately owned, Irish-headquartered FinTech business operating in the B2B payments space. The company is a market leader across Ireland and the UK and has recently expanded into the US. With no external VC or PE influence, they are financially strong and have maintained stability, with no layoffs over the past three years.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join the Professional Services team. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, including technical system design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, and project closure.
The role requires occasional attendance (once per month) at the company’s Dublin HQ, with all associated travel costs covered.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the implementation design, documentation of client business requirements, and delivery of solutions aligned to their needs.
* Coordination of system configuration and support of user acceptance testing.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, managing project communications and resolving issues.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client delivery role within a software company (implementation, project management, or similar).
* Strong understanding of software solutions and technical integrations with third-party platforms (API, SQL, etc).
* Based in Dublin.
