Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced catering professional to join our team on a consistent weekend morning basis.
This role is ideal for someone with strong culinary skills and the ability to work independently, carrying out light cooking duties as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all food areas, equipment, and service spaces are kept clean and organized in accordance with health and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a catering assistant or in a similar food-service role, along with the following skills:
* Basic cooking knowledge
* Able to follow HACCP procedures
Punctuality Essential!
The chosen individual must possess excellent time management skills coupled with being punctual so that they can efficiently manage tasks independently.
