Electrical Engineer - Service and Support Role
This role involves the installation, troubleshooting and repair of complex electro-optical equipment at customer sites. Strong analytical problem-solving skills are required to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, with excellent knowledge of engineering drawings, schematics and technical manuals.
* Presentation skills are key as you will be representing our company to customers.
We value collaboration across teams including Technical Support, Headquarter Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering on maintenance procedures & equipment reliability. Travel is involved for training periods in other regions when necessary.
