Job Overview
This is a part-time, 5 day a week remote contract role with a view to permanence. The primary objective of this position is to cultivate business relationships with existing and potential customers in the allied healthcare sector.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical quality services, medicinal products, contract services, or regulatory services. They must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), cloud-based platforms (e.g. Smartsheet), email platforms, and video conferencing tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
Key Responsibilities
* Understand the QA/Auditing services offered
* Research and identify potential customers
* Build relationships with existing and potential customers
* Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs)
* Submit activity and results reports
* Evaluate competitive developments and recommend changes in products, services, and policy
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
