Health and Safety Advisor Health and Safety Advisor required to work for a leading Engineering Contractor across a range of Healthcare, Commercial, and industrial projects in Dublin. Responsibilities: Lead and improve EHS programs, promoting safety and sustainability. Conduct site audits, reporting and ensuring timely corrective actions. Develop and maintain compliance documentation for health, safety, and environmental standards. Enforce safety measures to protect employees and the environment. Prepare and review RAMS and PSCS documents for safe work practices. Oversee EHS compliance for subcontractors and employees. Lead accident investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions. Report EHS performance and KPIs to senior management. Qualifications: Diploma (NFQ Level 8) in Occupational Health & Safety or NFQ Level 6 in Environmental Management. 3+ years' experience in a commercial setting, with knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA sectors. Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 audits and Construction Regulations. Strong communication skills and ability to lead incident investigations using root cause analysis.
