As Store Manager, you will lead from the front – inspiring, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead daily store operations to deliver an outstanding, customer-focused experience.
2. Train, coach, and motivate your team to achieve excellence and engagement.
3. Set and monitor KPIs, implementing strategies to enhance store performance.
4. Maintain strong visual and operational standards, ensuring the store is always inviting and on-brand.
5. Promote the brand's digital and online offerings to enhance the customer journey.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and social responsibility guidelines.
7. Build strong relationships with customers and manage feedback effectively.
8. Oversee stock control and replenishment to ensure product availability.
Skills & Experience
9. 2-4 years' experience in retail or hospitality management, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
10. Prior supervisory or assistant management experience.
11. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
12. Passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading by example.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking ability with a commercial mindset.
14. Confident in problem-solving, decision-making, and people management.
