Job Title: Service Delivery Leader
The position of Service Delivery Leader is available at our organization. This role is responsible for the daily management and operational delivery of residential services in designated centers. The successful candidate will be the appointed Person in Charge (PIC) and ensure that high-quality, responsive, and sustainable services are provided in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the services delivered meet the identified needs and wishes of the people we support, allowing for active participation and engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, where shared learning opportunities are optimized and national/international best practice is embedded.
- Lead and direct operational staff to ensure that robust people management principles are embedded and foster a strong cross-functional team working ethos.
- Ensure that quality and safety are at the forefront of service provision and adhere to internal and external quality and registration standards.
Requirements:
- An appropriate third-level qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care management.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory roles in health or social care.
- Experience of ensuring services are run in accordance with HIQA regulations and relevant legislation.
