Drive Supplier Success Through Technical Integration
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Integration Setup team as a Supply Chain Support Associate. This role is critical, focusing on ensuring a seamless and best-in-class integration experience for our suppliers. You will be instrumental in solving technical challenges, driving process improvements, and contributing directly to the success of our supplier ecosystem.

What You'll Do
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of new supplier integrations, including configuration, testing, and deployment of API, EDI, and VAN connections.
* Diagnose and swiftly resolve day-to-day supplier connection faults, escalating only as necessary while partnering with internal engineering teams to maintain operational stability.
* Escalate complex integration faults (including platform-specific bugs and data integrity failures) to Tier 2 or Tier 3 subject matter experts for advanced resolution.
* Work effectively across time zones with North American, European, and Asian counterparts to maintain consistent global support standards and 24/7 operational uptime.
* Maintain accurate supplier configuration data and document process updates in alignment with SOPs.
* Drive process efficiency by proactively identifying, proposing, and communicating clear opportunities for workflow automation and continuous operational optimisation.
* Build strong working relationships with external suppliers, internal technology teams, and regional business stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
What You'll Need
* Proven success in supplier, vendor, and client support across diverse industries, including logistics, B2B, eCommerce, logistics or supply chain.
* Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and identify the root cause of a problem and clearly translate to the relevant parties enabling a quick solution.
* High attention for accurate configuration and quality assurance, enabling strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with suppliers, and colleagues across different geographies.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring forward momentum; with agility to effectively prioritise and remove barriers ensuring, tight deadlines are met consistently.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve issues, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Aptitude in Google or Microsoft Suite; Display the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems (any experience with SQL would be a plus).
