The

is currently recruiting a
Breakfast Chef
to join our professional kitchen team.
This role is ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys early starts and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes and excellent guest service.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present breakfast dishes to 4★ hotel standards
* Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
* Maintain food hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards
* Assist with kitchen preparation and stock control
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a Breakfast Chef or similar role
* Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery
* Ability to work independently during morning service
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Positive attitude and team-focused approach
