At Anord Mardix, we're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee our global engineering teams. As Senior Director of Global Engineering Operations, you'll be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to regional engineering teams across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical design, with expertise in products such as busway systems, switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, modular power PODs, and enclosures. You'll need to demonstrate success in process innovation, continuous improvement, and reducing lead times for engineered products.

This is a remote opportunity, and you can be based in any country where we have a Power facility – UK, Ireland, Poland, US.

Key Responsibilities:
">
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional engineering leaders and teams (electrical and mechanical) to ensure alignment with global business objectives and Anord Mardix's standards of engineering excellence.

• Oversee the structure, process, and output of sustaining engineering activities, ensuring existing products are maintained, improved, and supported throughout their lifecycle.
">
• Direct teams and org structure to effectively design products such as busway systems, switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, modular power PODs, and enclosures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Champion process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering workflows, reduce costs, and improve lead times for customer projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of customer-centric solutions.

Requirements:
">
• MBA or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
">
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams in a manufacturing or critical power solutions environment.
">
• Strong technical background in electrical and mechanical design, with expertise in products such as busway systems, switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, modular power PODs, and enclosures.

• Demonstrated success in process innovation, continuous improvement, and reducing lead times for engineered products.

• Exceptional leadership, people management, and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing high-performing, collaborative teams.
