What Is The Role

Lead and develop a high‑performing team of data management and data quality specialists, setting clear direction and priorities to advance the organisation’s data management capabilities and data quality measurement practices.

Experience engaging with regulatory bodies, internal audit and external audit functions, including preparing and standing over evidence relating to data quality, lineage, controls and remediation activity.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology and risk functions and to explain complex data management concepts in clear, pragmatic terms.
