Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist
About the Role
We're seeking part-time customer service professionals to provide support and guidance to customers in need of assistance with vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer care and support to those experiencing challenging situations.
* Collaborate with our network of suppliers and contractors to ensure swift and effective service delivery.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, guiding them through difficult circumstances.
* Manage daily operations efficiently, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Aptitude for qualifications / accreditations (where necessary)
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in English
* Ability to take initiative to solve problems
* A proven capacity to manage conflict and difficult customers
* The ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Teamwork abilities

* Capability to deliver results to agreed customer standards
