* Take ownership of key areas of the business, stepping up to cover the Store Manager when required.
About You
* 1-2 years' experience in an Assistant Manager or senior supervisory role, ideally in fashion retail.
* Strong commercial focus with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Confident leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
* Organised, commercially aware, and able to work under pressure.
* A positive attitude and a passion for delivering results in retail.
