We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team.
As an integral part of the kitchen, the successful candidate will assist with service and preparation on a daily basis in a busy restaurant environment.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for organising and running the kitchen smoothly, managing and training junior chefs under their direct supervision.
Duties include food ordering, stock counting, food safety & hygiene procedures along with involvement in menu planning.
Key requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef, excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, and a flexible, positive attitude.
