Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
* Follow a defined retail call file.
* Monitor product availability.
* Increase distribution and availability in stores by implementing planograms and promotions.
* Accurately record and submit data daily.
* Understand and identify customer needs.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and in-store.
* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
* Follow call sequences and activity briefs, making necessary changes per outlet.
* Align activities with objectives to achieve targets.
* Prioritize, plan, organize, and manage time efficiently.
* Take responsibility for personal development.
* Plan to meet personal targets and contribute to team success.
* Develop plans to meet client KPIs and targets.
* Manage territory call files and journey plans efficiently.
* Provide competitor feedback.

* Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Minimum Requirements:
* Full clean driving license.
* Understanding of the grocery market and consumer activities.
* Ability to build rapport with clients and customers.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially listening.
* Proactive and initiative-taking approach.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Internet.
* Attention to detail.
* Focus on task completion.
* Interest and ability to promote and sell products.
