**Social Care Professional - Young People's Support**
We are seeking an experienced social care professional to join our team as a residential worker for young people aged 12-17. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and support them on their journey to independence and adulthood.
In this role, you will contribute to the assessment and behaviour management plan for children and young people, providing individualised guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering targeted interventions to improve engagement and motivation.
* Supporting young people with completing educational tasks and projects.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans.
