The Lighting Showroom is the Midlands leading Lighting supplier. Due to our continued expansion we are hiring a full time sales assistant for our showroom.
Duties to include:
* Assisting both retail and trade customers
* Using our ERP system Intact
* Replenishing stock front of house
* Pulling orders from stores
* Maintaining showroom standards at all times
Preferred candidates will possess:
* 1 years retail experience
* Confidence dealing with customers in person, by phone and email
* Ability to use modern software and ERP systems
* Ability to problem solve and manage customer expectations
* Willingness to work across all parts of the business where required
