Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority. Interact with each customer with pride, passion, and care, inspiring shoppers through knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Ability to engage with and prioritize customer needs
* Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
* Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Main duties:

* Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customers have an excellent shopping experience
* Handle all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with store policy
* Merchandise shelves, ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard
* Engage with new initiatives and adopt new ways of working
About the locality:
Shifts from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Role includes till operation, managing the forecourt, operating the DRS machine, baling cardboard and plastic, packing on the shop floor, and managing the stockroom. Covering breaks on checkouts and some ordering tasks.
This is a full-time position. The role is not suitable for students. The pay will be based on experience.
