Equipment Spare Parts Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Spare Parts Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an equipment spare parts management system in collaboration with the Maintenance Team. Your key objectives will include sourcing and identifying equipment spare parts with appropriate equipment vendors, collaborating with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, and reviewing current PM tasks and schedules in line with equipment downtime trends to identify and implement changes to improve equipment up time.
You will also be responsible for implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment, completing site change management activities for the modification of equipment, and supporting cross-functional in-house and external project teams.
A strong safety culture and performance in the execution of activities will be essential in this role.
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
* Experience in a technical role.
* Experience in packaging equipment an advantage.
* Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in a GMP Manufacturing Environment.
* Understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety requirements of the Pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* 2-3 years (minimum) of engineering experience within a Pharmaceutical environment.
