Job Title: Hospitality Team Member
Cleanliness and Service Assistant
We are seeking a Cleanliness and Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and service of guest bedrooms and public areas to an approved standard.
1. Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including corridors and glass doors.
2. Operate vehicles safely according to instructions.
3. Care for departmental equipment and storage areas.
4. Conduct deep clean services as per standard operating procedures and frequency.
5. Report any maintenance defects or issues which would affect the quality of the guest experience and/or safety of the building.
Key responsibilities include:
* To ensure that all guests' privacy and comfort requests are responded to immediately.
* To communicate effectively with other team members.
* To adhere to all systems and procedures in place.
The role requires flexibility, as employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. This includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Participation in training programs is also expected.
