Front Office Manager Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and be committed to developing the skills of their team members.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote, coach, and lead the team on core behaviors and etiquette standards
* Ensure all front desk team members have a thorough knowledge of the property and facilities
* Enhance guests' experience through knowledge and promotion of surrounding activities and attractions
* Drive team retention through routine appraisals, team huddles, recognition, and other retention activities
We also focus on process efficiency, promoting a safe working environment, and ensuring secure billing and cash control practices. Additionally, we prioritize resource management and implement opening systems, policies, and procedures to continually improve reception operations and service.
Product and Profit Focus:
* Deliver best-in-class guest care experience via guest care standards and coaching
* Maximize bookings and sales in all areas dealt with at Reception and achieve monthly targets
* Upsell culture via transparent targets and specific coaching for confidence, knowledge, and expertise
