Chief 1 Cardiac Physiologist Full Time Position We are currently recruiting for a Chief 1 Cardiac Physiologist to join our team at Mater Private Cork to provide support to the Chief II Cardiac Physiologist and to manage and support the team of Cardiac Physiologists.
The successful candidate will be familiar with the techniques and range of equipment used in current medical practice for the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients referred to the Heart and Vascular services.
Working with the multi-disciplinary team the Chief I will play a pivotol role in the development of this service in conjunction with the Chief II.
Candidate Requirements 1.PossesstheBScinClinicalMeasurementfromDublinInstituteofTechnology Or 2.PossesstheBScinClinicalMeasurementforTechnologyUniversityDublin(TUDublin) Or 3.Possessan equivalent relevant scientificqualification(Level 8) as confirmed by the IrishInstituteofClinicalMeasurementScience (IICMS) Or 4.iv)
(a)Possessthe Certificatein Medical Physics and PhysiologicalMeasurement(MPPM) fromDublinInstituteofTechnology.
Or 5.iv
(b) An equivalentscientificqualificationas confirmedby the IrishInstituteofClinicalMeasurementScience awarded in or before **** Or 6.A diploma in medical physics and physiological measurement from a college of technology or equivalent or degree in Clinical Measurement or equivalent.
7.5 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years specific EP or Pacing or Echo experience, preferred 8.Team player with a can-do attitude 9.Strong problem solving skills 10.Strong communication skills 11.Management experience is desirable but not essential.
