Advanced Authentication Engineer

As an Advanced Authentication Engineer, you will play a vital role in this transformation by leveraging advanced authentication products and technologies to enhance our security posture.
The Information Technology team is responsible for shielding our systems from security risks while designing technology strategies that enable our businesses to achieve their goals. We equip our colleagues with the latest tools to complete their work efficiently and with the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide the overall architecture and implementation of workforce authentication solutions
* Possess a strong background in Access Management and Authentication practices
* Design, develop, and implement advanced authentication solutions
* Implement capabilities and features for the global enterprise
* Onboard business applications onto the workforce platform
* Collaborate with IAM leads and stakeholders to ensure IAM technology meets or exceeds expectations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
* 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years' experience in CIAM authentication engineering and strong Ping or Okta implementation experience
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta certified, Ping Certified, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or other IT certifications)
* Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of management and across corporate functions
* Experience managing vendors driving SLAs
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
