The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the MS Azure Platform, operations, process documentation, process improvement, major incident management, quality assurance of documentation, coordination of VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) tests and audits, monitoring and improvement of release management. This role offers the candidate an opportunity to work within an automation first team with opportunities to develop and learn cutting edge cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities:Monitor MS Azure Platform operations and provide support for day-to-day operationsDocument processes and identify opportunities for process improvementManage major incidents, providing support and taking ownership of the resolution processEnsure documentation is of high quality and meets project requirementsCoordinate with external vendors for VAPT tests and auditsImprove release management by monitoring and identifying areas for improvementImplement and develop innovative monitoring solutions for the platformHandle security events and incidents, ensuring timely response and resolutionMonitor security relevant IT issues and close any gapsOnboard new customers to the platformRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field2+ years of experience in Azure Platform operationsStrong knowledge of process documentation and improvementExperience in major incident managementFamiliarity with VAPT tests and auditsStrong understanding of release management and monitoringExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsITIL experience would also be an advantage
