They now have positions for Cleanroom Operative / Technician to join the team to assemble, inspect and pack medical devices. Previous experience within a cleanroom environment of medical devices is advantageous, but not required as training will be given. Weekly rotating shifts Monday to Friday 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. Requirements: Leaving cert standard or equivalent with fluent English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Be pro-active. Manual Handling. Good dexterity andable to stand for 8 hours on an assembly line. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Clean room entrance and exit in accordance with cGMP and in line with current SOPs. Product assemblies to be created within the cleanroom and non-cleanroom environment as outlined by SOPS. Packing the finished product. Performing daily and weekly cleaning to maintain strict quality standards as directed by team leaders. Completing all documentation clearly and legibly in line with cGMP standards. Occasional Inventory control. Inspection product, components, packaging, labels, drawings, specifications for defects as outlined in relevant SOPs and training. Reporting any quality issues to production manager and quality team within a timely fashion.
