The successful candidate will work in assigned family homes with offices based in Old Day CareCentre,Johns Terrace, Birr Co. Offaly R42 V188, Tullamore and surrounding areas.This is a permanent contract working up to 25 hours per week.Reporting to the Home Care Coordinator, Care Workers are responsible for providing person centred care to people with dementia, addressing their needs and enhancing their quality of life.To be successful in this role you will need experience of working with people with dementia, older people or people with intellectual disabilities.
