Key Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue through targeted outreach and customer engagement.
* Proactively interact with customers via phone, leveraging self-generated leads or working from call files.
* Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets.
* Manage your customer pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Develop strategic plans to optimize efficiency and prospect volume.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
* Provide market insights and competitor feedback.
* Stay up-to-date on new and existing products and services from competitors.
You will possess experience in the utilities sector, knowledge of the Irish business landscape, and proficiency in outbound calling, lead management, and/or CRM systems. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are also essential. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can deliver consistent results in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
