Occupational Therapist Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, and implement individualised treatment plans for patients in orthopaedics, medical, surgical, and the medical assessment unit.
* Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists and students.
* Drive service development initiatives and quality improvement projects.
* Promote functional independence through rehabilitation interventions and discharge planning.
* Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with hospital policies.
The ideal candidate will have CORU Registration as an Occupational Therapist, a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year in an acute hospital setting. They will also possess strong clinical skills, particularly in orthopaedics, surgical, and medical rehabilitation, proven ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team, leadership and mentoring experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and work effectively within a team.
