Cafe du Parc is a thriving cafe and bar in the centre of Killarney. It is part of the Killarney Plaza Hotel and Spa. It is open 7 days/nights per week serving breakfast, lunch and a wide range of beverages, with entertainment on weekends. It serves a wide variety of guests from locals to international visitors. The cafe was fully refurbished recently and it offers a relaxed setting for socialising.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Barista to join the team within Cafe du Parc. The candidate will be required to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
* To take drink orders from guests and serve them while maintaining the highest level of customer service
* To ensure our 4 Star standards are achieved at all times
* To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times
* To work as part of the team, and be flexible at all times
The ideal candidate for this position:
* Experience in a similar environment is necessary
* Barista training/qualification is required
* A good attitude and friendly manner
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Ability to work as part of a team
