Duties and responsibilities Measurement, panelisation, and review of drawings, specs & tenders Cost planning, estimating, and subcontractor/supplier analysis Client liaison, record keeping, and tender documentation Risk/opportunity assessment and quality tender submissions Skilled in 3D models, IT tools & emerging construction technologies What we need from you A 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Economics (Degree/Diploma) is desirable; however, equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience in subcontracting, technical, architectural, or engineering fields would be an advantage. Minimum of 3/4 years experience with a subcontractor, contractor or PQS practice. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects.
