At Dornanwe are currently recruiting for an Early Careers Coordinatorto join our teaminLittle Island,Cork. This role will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to theEarly Careers Manager and working as a member of the wider HR team, the Early Careers Coordinatorwillsupport with recruitment delivery, events, and outreachactivities to support the Company's strategic goalof early talent engagement. Your day to day will include: Support the team with high-volume recruitment drive for graduates, internships, summerplacementsand apprenticeship programmes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting CVs and screening applicants, interviewing, managing the offer process and onboarding. Coordinatingand attendingevents such as graduate onboarding and offboarding, university careers fairs, industry events, andschoolsvisits. Proactively build relationships with internalstakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers Keep up to date with market knowledgeand trends in early careers hiring, sharing findings with the Early Careers Manager and key stakeholders Seeking out innovative ways to promote the company via social media and other channels Maintainingthe applicant tracking system, excel trackers and other administrative tasks to support theteamsprocesses Travel 10%-15% What we are looking for: Business,Marketingor similar qualification would be desirable, but not essential We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised and detail-oriented Comfortable engaging with new people Confidentrepresentingthe company in external settings Proactiveinanticipating problems and solving them early Reliable and able to manage multiple deadlines Willing to travel regularly (particularly during peak recruitmentcycles) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in events, hospitality, recruitment coordination, studentservicesor customer-facing roleswould be a distinct advantage To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
