Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources will play a key role in shaping the overall strategic direction of our organisation as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal leadership position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead and deliver strategically.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of Human Resources, including workforce planning, learning and development, and staff wellbeing. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and skilled in communication, organisation, and people management.
They will also demonstrate a genuine commitment to our mission and to supporting individuals who are at vulnerable stages in their lives. A competitive remuneration and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
Requirements
* Substantial experience in managing all aspects of Human Resources
* Minimum of five years at senior management level
* Strong technical expertise alongside the ability to lead and deliver strategically
