Job Title: FM Site Manager
**Overview of the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused individual to manage our utilities hard services contract for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Co. Cork. The site manager will be responsible for commercial and technical management of the contract, developing key client relationships and leading a high-performance team delivering world-class hard facilities services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Management of site team and coordination of activities within scope.
* Execution of maintenance and calibration programme for equipment in scope.
* Lead and direct engineering technical support team to ensure equipment optimisation, reliability, and availability.
* Direction of operations team across key environmental systems, e.g., wastewater treatment etc.
Safety is paramount on this Seveso site. All safety excursions are tracked, monitored, and reported to the appropriate department/body as per site procedures. GMP requirements are maintained at all times.

[a] Engineering degree or equivalent with 4-5 years postgraduate experience; or Trade qualification (National Craft Cert/City & Guilds) with 10+ years' experience plus supervisory/line management experience; or Marine qualification with 5+ years' experience at sea.[/ol]
