Role Overview
This is a leadership position that oversees the daily operations of a retail store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, training and leading a team of retail professionals to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of retail professionals to ensure exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Recruit, train and develop team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
* Monitor and maintain store standards aligned with health and safety procedures.
* Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
A typical day in this role includes:
* Coaching, training and developing team members.
* Championing a world-class customer experience.
* Managing store standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
* Merchandising the store and preparing food and beverages.
* Cleaning throughout the store and performing general administration tasks.
* Generating sales leads for the fuel card team.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' retail management experience.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
