At NIS we specialise in providing top-notch IT services to our clients. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. This is a full- time, onsite position.ResponsibilitiesEffectively manage large amounts of incoming callsCreate helpdesk tickets and manage engineer schedule (shared task)Deal effectively and efficiently with the varying needs of our customers.Process customer orders and ensure effective management of Stock.Create orders with suppliers.Interact and respond to online customer queries and messagesAccept and complete Tender applicationsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesFamiliarity with customer support processes and systemsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships through open and interactive communicationGenerate sales leads and follow up with potential clientsAchieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduleQualifications / ExperienceFamiliarity of the IT Sector beneficialAbility to interact with a wide range of customers and to adapt/respond appropriatelyExcellent communication, organisational and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively is essentialStrong capacity to work on own initiative and equally as a team memberKnowledge of Sage 50 Cloud useful but not essentialExperience of Microsoft 365 platform / Teams / SharePoint beneficial but not essentialExperience in a similar environment preferableBenefitsProfessional development and training opportunitiesFriendly and supportive team environmentGreat opportunities to make the role your own, upskill yourself and get involved with exciting projects.Base salary €30,000 – €40,000How to ApplyTo apply for this position, please send your C.V. and a cover letter via the red Apply Now button below
