Level 2 Managed Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Managed Services Engineer to provide senior technical support on support technologies and managed services.
This is a hybrid role, requiring client visits, so owning transport and driving license are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* 4 years' experience of IT technical service & managed operations
* Own transport & Driving Licence
* Vendor technologies: Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
* Strong understanding of cloud, datacentre infrastructures, networking
* ITIL foundation
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Provide support & root cause analysis by phone, email, remote session & onsite
* Monitoring, reporting & administration of customer endpoint systems
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
