We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
* Dispatch jobs to field technicians and maintain close contact with them to ensure seamless execution
* Provide technical information to technicians as required
* Assume ownership and responsibility for all assigned calls, adhering to strict service level agreements
* Maintain accurate records and compile reports on daily and weekly basis
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in high-volume inbound call centre environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
