Key Responsibilities of the Dining Service Professional Role:
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences, taking pride in providing 5-star service.
* Operate in a fast-paced dining environment as part of the Food and Beverage team.

Main Duties Include:
* Reporting for duty on time, dressed in correct uniform, to required standard.
* Familiarity with style of service as per established standards.
* Menu knowledge in food and beverage, performing all duties expected within the role.
* Explaining menus/dishes to guests, serving dishes and announcing them, clearing plates, bread and cheese service.
* Informing guests about menu ingredients and selling beverages.
* Preparing the dining area for service, including cleaning and laundry duties, hoovering, linen preparation, silver polishing, tabletop presentation, and mise en place tasks.
* Working as part of a team and having good communication with fellow colleagues.
* Tray Service and Room Service, operating on the Pass, assisting with delivering dishes to different areas.
* Carrying out all duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
* Attending training sessions and meetings as requested.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the complete satisfaction of each guest.
* Being helpful and working in contact with other departments.
* Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude and behaviour to guests, colleagues, management.
* Learning restaurant's table plan.
* Delivering trays to the appropriate station and ensuring that the plates are served in a timely manner.
* Ensuring good communication between kitchen and service.
* Directing and leading junior staff to uphold industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 2+ years.
* Permission to work in Ireland.
