We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Group People Experience team and lead a team of HR professionals.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR business partners, advisors, and administrators.
* Collaboration and Partnership: Work in close partnership with the centralised People Experience team to ensure people practices are aligned with group standards and policies.
* Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee HR related onboarding processes, drive induction and orientation programmes, and manage absence and attendance.
