Offer description

Key to success in civil engineering projects is a strong leadership and coordination role, such as Site Supervisor. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating all site activities related to civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering processes, materials, and construction techniques.
* Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation and the ability to enforce it on site.
* Previous experience working on civil engineering projects (roads, drainage, infrastructure, etc.) is highly advantageous.
* Relevant construction-related qualifications or trade background (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying, or similar) would be beneficial.
* A valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling Certificate, and any other required certifications.
* A strong understanding of site management software and basic IT skills.
