Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join Europe’s largest airline group!

Based in our Head Office in Dublin, you will report to the Flight Operations Finance Manager and will be responsible for:
* Processing Pilot sector pay on the 1st of each month.
* Maintenance of pay rates using HR and payroll systems (SAP & DAS). Ensure pay scales/rates are checked monthly.
* Cross check Agency invoices and payroll summary sheets each month to ensure figures tie to pay scales.
* Monitoring Pilot SAP workflows to ensure all approved before payroll deadline.
* Working with management to prepare and analyse reports.
* Additional payment reports and analysis as required. Supporting other departments with pay and finance related pilot queries.
* Complete Audit Board monthly filings and deal with Internal & External audit queries as and when they arise.
* Responding to pilot pay queries via Zendesk.
Requirements
* Numerical competency, experience with data entry and great attention to detail.
* Excellent analytical skills are essential. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
* Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills are essential.
