Responsible for all aspects of service delivery across their assigned customer accounts Manage customer contracts against the agreed budgets. Ensuring that all contract changes are fully processed through to introduction to serviceManage relevant third-party organisation relationshipsLiaise with Capita Support Functions and Delivery Teams to ensure that the required support is provided to Customer contractsAct as an escalation point for service delivery issues and ensure resolution to the Customer's satisfactionDevelop business relationships with the decision-makers and deliver short-, medium- and long-term business opportunitiesMaintain strong and trusted relationships with Customer's staff to enable retention and growthPromote the services offered by Capita into managed service CustomersWork closely with the Account Manager in a matrix team environmentEnsure monthly and quarterly customer meetings are scheduled and documentedEnsure monthly, quarterly and annual reports are provided in line with the contract timings and requirementsEnsure that all internal governance processes (e.g. risk management) are complied with
