**Temporary Production Operative Role**
We are seeking highly skilled Temporary Production Operatives to join our client's busy manufacturing plant in Bangor.
About the Role:
As a Temporary Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling various products to meet quality standards and efficiency targets.
You will work closely with the production team to ensure all Health & Safety procedures and systems are followed correctly within the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble products to the correct quality standard within agreed timescales
* Work to Standard Operating Procedures and follow the production system and method within production cells
* Record information required for Quality Control Procedures
* Ensure good housekeeping practices within the production area
* Report incidents and accidents to the Team Leader or Health & Safety Committee
* Assist with overtime as required on short notice
* Perform other tasks and duties reasonably requested by the business
Desirable Criteria:
Previous production/manufacturing experience
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Full training will be provided
Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
Paid Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm
Duration: Temporary Assignment
