A major Irish retail and consumer brand is seeking a Marketing Executive with strong digital, CRM, and data experience to join their growing team. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, confident working with data, and enjoys coordinating multi-channel campaigns across a fast-paced organisation.
This is a full-time, fully on-site role in Dublin 4.
About the Role
Reporting to the Loyalty Manager, you'll support the delivery of wide-reaching digital and customer communications campaigns across email, app, and SMS. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are creatively strong, technically accurate, and delivered on time.
This role suits someone with a strong mix of stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and hands-on digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver digital and CRM campaigns (email, app, SMS).
* Support creative development, testing, and execution.
* Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
Data, Reporting & Insights
* Analyse campaign performance using Power BI, Excel, and internal data tools.
* Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
* Support segmentation, targeting, and data extraction for campaigns.
Loyalty & Communications Support
* Assist in rolling out loyalty initiatives across the Irish market.
* Coordinate in-store activations and promotional campaigns.
* Work with operations teams to support internal communications and training.
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Maintain an accurate project and campaign calendar.
* Help streamline processes and identify improvements.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Key Requirements
* Experience in marketing, digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty (retail/FMCG experience a bonus).
* Comfortable working with data, reporting, insights, and segmentation.
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Hands-on experience delivering digital campaigns (email, app, SMS, CRM tools).
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work fully on-site in Dublin 4, Monday - Friday.
